We don't like the smell or feel. We bought an All Natural system, but haven't tried it yet. It seemed very complicated and we really appreciate your detailed review. The guy who installed the spa, and the guy at the spa shop, both say the system doesn't work. But I don't think they every tried it - and you did - so we are hopeful. It looks like the review was written a few years ago. So now, can you tell us, has the system continued to be reliable? Would you continue to use it? Do you know anyone else who is using it?
