The Jokari Fizz Keeper looks like one of those liquor store junk gadgets. But it’s not – it really works. For a few bucks, this little tool can help keep your bottle of carbonated beverage fizzier, longer. The idea is simple – the cap screws on, you pump up the bottle, and the pressure from pumping keeps the carbonation in the beverage. When you’re ready to consume, you simply unscrew like a new bottle.
Of course, you don’t want to overdo it. I’ve had multiple instances of over pumping to where the cap blew off like a champagne bottle when I went to reopen it.
