But upon getting these, they are made very poorly.

The spikes were difficult to install, many of them not actually getting fully tight. But foremost, the plastic broke as I tightened the strap to my shoe – the first time I used them!

I think you’ll find other reviews are consistent with mine. Until someone makes a better pair, forget these.
