But upon getting these, they are made very poorly.</p>
<p>The spikes were difficult to install, many of them not actually getting fully tight. But foremost, the plastic broke as I tightened the strap to my shoe &#8211; the first time I used them!</p>
<p>I think you&#8217;ll find other reviews are consistent with mine. Until someone makes a better pair, forget these.<br />
